Mom and baby are doing just peachy, although mom's a little on the tired side . . . Dad's a little on the tired side too! Things are settling down well around the Brewster household and big brother Ezra is taking to his new little sister quite well.
The C-section went just as smoothly as we could have hoped -- the doctors were cool with me standing up and looking over the drape so I watched the whole thing -- what an amazing process! It was really pretty surreal to look on one side of the drape and see a hole cut in my wife's body with arms reaching in and cutting and cauterizing, and then to look down by my side on the other side of the drape and see my wife's smiling face, not feeling a thing of what was going on with her body. We live in an amazing and wonderful time. Thank you for your prayers and support, it is a wonderful thing to know that you are being lifted before the Father.
